Dedicated Business Development Service (BDR & Lead Management)
We provide you with a dedicated Business Development Representative (BDR), trained to fully understand and communicate your value proposition and how you sell. They operate from your domains and profiles and manage all leads across your go-to-market activity, including paid media, organic, events and webinars, partners and referrals, website and chat, and outbound reply streams. The BDR handles first response, triage, qualification (email and LinkedIn and, if selected, phone), appointment setting, and CRM hygiene, with clear SLAs and transparent, regular reporting.
Services include:
- Dedicated BDR working from your mailboxes and profiles
- BDR training and playbooks: product immersion, tone of voice, qualifying scripts, and objection-handling guardrails
- Lead capture and triage from all sources: paid (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO and content CTAs, landing pages and forms, live chat and chatbot handoffs, website call-backs, inbound emails, LinkedIn messages, webinar and event lists, partner and referral submissions, and outbound reply streams
- Disqualification of non-fit leads with reasons recorded
- Qualification to agreed criteria, optional phone qualification to confirm fit and intent, pre-call context and next steps captured in the CRM
- Appointment setting and calendar coordination, including no-show follow-ups
- Inbox and message management across agreed channels (email and LinkedIn as standard), with response templates and escalation beyond guardrails as defined
- Campaign reply management, including sequence monitoring, sensible throttling, list health, and rapid issue flagging
- CRM hygiene: deduplication, lifecycle stage updates, owner assignment, lead routing, tasks and follow-ups
- Working cadence and SLAs defined during onboarding, with fortnightly stand-ups and monthly reviews
- Compliance: GDPR-compliant processing, DPA/NDA, least-privilege access, full audit trail
Delivery options:
- Option A: Lead triage and handoff: shortlist leads from all sources, send first-touch replies using agreed templates, complete light qualification, capture notes in the CRM, then hand over to your team for calls or meetings and close.
- Option B: Full appointment setting and campaign management: everything in Option A, plus phone and email follow-up to qualify intent, light objection handling within guardrails, meeting booking into calendars, and day-to-day campaign reply management (sequence monitoring, throttling, list health).
